In my experience, dads can be hard to shop for. Either their hobbies are so specific that you're terrified of getting the wrong particular 'thing', or they never know what they want... until they suddenly do and buy it for themselves straight away instead of asking for it. I'm sure there are some dads better at asking for presents than others but if your dad is anything like mine, perhaps this list will help you out.
Yes, I'm going there. Socks are perhaps the most cliched Father's Day present, but for good reason. Our Conscious Step socks are comfortable, come in fun patterns and each design supports a different cause, which is great and also means that you can tailor the socks to suit your dad. My dad is a teacher and values education, so last year he got a pair of Conscious Step socks that give books to schools in developing countries. Your dad might prefer to plant trees, donate to HIV research or even feed children!
2. Good luggage
Does your dad travel much? Does his carry-on luggage look a bit worn? The Great Ocean Road Bag is the perfect bag for a weekend away. It's handmade in Melbourne from ethically sourced and locally tanned cow hide and is SUPER sturdy. We've only got one of these bags left in store so please contact us if we can put it aside for you.
Does your dad look after his skin? Our Valor skincare is nourishing, fuss-free and manly enough to get dads on board. The Organic Castile Face and Body wash (only available in store) is a refreshing all-rounder in the shower and is made using certified organic Australian olive oil, cold pressed coconut, sunflower and avocado oils. Leave your dad smelling of sweet fennel, lime, clove leaf and patchouli. We also have some Peppermint Scrub Worker's Soap and my personal favourite, the Byron Spice Face and Body Soap, which is ultra-moisturising and smells like chai tea. Yum!

Does your dad like chocolate? Chocolate is the perfect treat to bump up a gift and our Bahen and Co. chocolates are truly special. Bahen and Co. chocolates are stone ground in small batches, cold and slow using vintage machinery. Founder Josh Bahen is a former winemaker and it shows in his product, with great attention given to the origin and flavour profile of cacao. The result? Simply made yet complex, delicious dark chocolate with nuanced flavour profiles.
We hope we've helped you a bit on your Father's Day present hunt. Shoot us an email email@example.com if you need any more gift guidance. Best of luck!
